I am a NN/g certified Senior UX Designer in Charlotte, NC. I am on a product team for a large e-commerce company, and I work on optimizing the user experience for our three direct-to-consumer sites.

I am a constant advocate for our users, and day-to-day am responsible for the strategy and organization of our user testing initiatives. I use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform experiences for designs of many customer touch points of our sites. I am responsible for presenting insights and action items out to stakeholders from each user study, and making sure those action items are implemented in future iterations of designs.

As a UX designer, I value problem-solving.

I am a listener by nature, and have an appreciation for the subtleties in life. I enjoy yoga, warm coffee, my sweet pups Finn and Moose, mediocre wine, great music, and feel strongly that there is no such thing as bad pizza.
